Little Help Please

I was thinking of taking my girlfriend some where for our one year aniv. Iam from centrel Jersey and our aniv is in January. So I was not sure where to go. I was thinking Lake George but not really to sure about that as she does not like the cold but it is Jan after all. I want this to be really nice and sorta romantic as she likes that kinda stuff. Iam sorta running out of ideas. Iam willing to travel like 6-8 hrs if i need to. Thanks

I am a little confused...Are you looking for someplace outside of NJ?? If so, you may have better luck posting on that states forum. If you want nice and winter, consider the Woodstock Inn... (in VT, not NY) www.woodstockinn.com or if she doesn%26#39;t like the cold, consider Charleston SC. Maybe a bit further to drive, but more moderate temperatures, charming inns, and southern hospitality.
