Any Information On Pharos Guest House?

I recently booked a two night stay at Pharos Guest House on Columbia Avenue. I would appreciate any comments if anyone has stayed here or heard anything about the inn. Information online is scarce and it has not been reviewed on Trip Advisor. Thank you!

Any Information On Pharos Guest House?

Yes, we stayed there for a weekend last summer. I guess it is more of a ';guest house'; than a bed and breakfast. The room we stayed in was OK. It was in the front of the house and had a king bed, pedestal sink in the room and a small bathroom with stall shower and toilet. The breakfast was very simple and consisted of one entree and bacon or sausage and some cereals served buffet style.

We booked there because it was last minute and it was the only thing we could find available. We had been to Cape May several times so we know that everything is close to the beach and we don%26#39;t really care too much about where we stay since we don%26#39;t spend much time in the room.

I would probably suggest booking somewhere else if you are looking for the typical bed and breakfast experience that includes all of the little extras. If you are not able to find anything else, Pharos is a decent place to call your home base while visiting Cape May. Not your “typical” bed and breakfast but nothing overwhelmingly negative about it either. I hope this helps!
