What are the odds of catching a weekend rental now that the season is over?

Any centralized sites offer browsing for weekend availability?

(cyberrental et al seem to only show full weeks...)

1312 is right...you will probably be likely to find a weekend avail through one of the owner direct rental sites rather than a Realtor. Many people will rent for a weekend off season while others do not think the money it brings in is worth the effort. Some use the house off season while some close up after the rentals are done for the year. but others do offer rentals 12 months a year. If you check Ocean City listings on the owner rental sites you will find many that will rent for a weekend prorating their off season weekly rate.
