Hello, I would like to take my wife to a 1970s type dance club. Does anyone out there have any advice about the casinos offering this type of seventies music? Thank you for any helpful information you can give me! Art

Check out Altanticcityweekly.com or pressofatlanticcity.com to check out what%26#39;s going on at all the local clubs. You should be able to find some 70%26#39;s music.

I know KC %26amp; the Sunshine Band were playing I think at the Hilton but not sure when.

1970s Music

Your best bet will be the Eden Lounge @ Harrah%26#39;s . Most of the bands there do at least one set of 70%26#39;s Disco . Pop Shop, seven sins and Groove Divas do a lot . You can check out which bands are there at whoot.com . Note : Browntown is all motown type .

Also Dane Anthony%26#39;s band does some 70%26#39;s . They appear at Ego@ Taj on weekends . Ego has a light show and is closer to a 70%26#39;s %26#39;club%26#39; feel .

There is also some 70%26#39;s at Blue Martini ( Bally%26#39;s) and Dizzy Dolphin , but these don%26#39;t have dance floors .

Certain Bands at Wave do some 70%26#39;s and they have a light show .

On Brigantine the Steak 38 lounge ususally gets a good amt. of disco from the weekend bands .

Sometimes a 20 something dance club will have a seventies night midweek . And you can also check house of blues Harlem Ballroom for a 70%26#39;s cover band appearing on weekends . go to House of Blues to check the Ballroom schedual .
