The new shuttle service is called Total Express

The ';Spades Route'; will be Harrahs to Caesars to Ballys

The ';Hearts Route'; will be Harrahs to Showboat

The ';Clubs Route'; will be Caesars to Ballys to Showboat

The service starts in October

We stayed at Harrahs last Friday and they told us about this. Sounds like a great idea and you have to wonder why it took so long to embrace.

Shuttles are the way of like in Vegas and even when they just owned the Rio and Harrahs they had a shuttle between them. Perhaps they thought the jitneys took care of this or that most people have cars in AC, but I know that for people who want to have a few drinks and casino hop, this will be a great service.

I wonder if other casinos (like the Borgota and Trump Marina) will need to compete with this and have shuttles from the boardwalk to the Marina (or in Trump%26#39;s case between their three properties).

What are they going to charge for this??? Is it free? I imagine when people catch on it could cut into the Jitneys. I%26#39;d take a free shuttle and walk a bit?

That%26#39;s what the flyer we got said to...at least in the begining....

I don%26#39;t get the 3 different routes. Why not one route that just does a circuit, starting at Caesar%26#39;s, up to Showboat, over the Harrah%26#39;s and then back to Caesar%26#39;s? Yeah it may take a little longer but it eliminates the risk of getting on the wrong shuttle. And you%26#39;ll still need the jitneys to get to the Borgata or down to the Hilton and Trop.

The real solution can be summed up in one word: MONORAIL!!!! It glides as gently as a cloud!

Yea...and perhaps it can be as sucessfu; as the Vegas monorail...Not!

I note that there is no Diamond Route - and I%26#39;m sure this is not a coincidence....perhaps Harrahs will have limos for Diamond players and that will be the ';Diamond'; route.

I you buy that, I have a bridge to sell you....

But seriously, wait and see what they do for a ';Diamond'; route.

I am so over Harrahs casinos. I won%26#39;t spend a Nickle in them anymore. I have a Super Host at The Trop and i really enjoy it there so far. They have a great comp system over there also.

This is great news. Since they dropped the %26#39;pay for parking once and park at 2 casinos%26#39; deal [when the original parking rate began - with the proceeds going to the Casino Redevelopment Authority], I rarely go casino hopping. This will come in handy for shopping at The Walk also. Plus, I almost NEVER visit the Marina District casinos, I may take advantage of the shuttle to go to Harrah%26#39;s.
